Détails des produits
The Canadian Labour Relations Boards Reports is a hardcover bound volume series of decisions from labour relations boards and courts across Canada. Since its initial publication in 1974, the Canadian Labour Relations Boards Reports has captured and categorized the most relevant cases in labour law to provide users access to the latest in labour law precedence. Many decisions are followed throughout the judicial process, from the Board level through to the highest courts in Canada and its provinces.
Each volume (“issue”) is approximately 360 pages in total, including 320 formatted pages of Labour Board and Court decisions, plus front matter and an index. Now in its third series, the publication currently produces 20 volumes per year.
Captions, or catch-phrases, are provided for each decision and serve two functions. One, they provide the reader with a concise summation of the issues in the case. Two, they are used to construct an easy-to-read subject matter index in each volume, and ultimately to form an annual consolidated index, The Canadian Labour Relations Boards Reports Consolidated Index.
