Subscribers receive the product(s) listed on the Order Form and any Updates made available during the annual subscription period. Shipping and handling fees are not included in the annual price.
Subscribers are advised of the number of Updates that were made to the particular publication the prior year. The number of Updates may vary due to developments in the law and other publishing issues, but subscribers may use this as a rough estimate of future shipments. Subscribers may call Customer Support at 800-833-9844 for additional information.
Subscribers may cancel this subscription by: calling Customer Support at 800-833-9844; emailing customer.support@lexisnexis.com; or returning the invoice marked 'CANCEL'.
If subscribers cancel within 30 days after the product is ordered or received and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a full credit of the price for the annual subscription.
If subscribers cancel between 31 and 60 days after the invoice date and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a 5/6th credit of the price for the annual subscription. No credit will be given for cancellations more than 60 days after the invoice date. To receive any credit, subscriber must return all product(s) shipped during the year at their expense within the applicable cancellation period listed above.

CIAJ is a non-profit, independent organization that brings together all legal professionals in Canada, in both official languages, since 1974. The Research Fellowship was created in 2001 in honour of the late Mr. Justice Charles D. Gonthier of the Supreme Court of Canada, a former President of the Institute, and is awarded every year at CIAJ’s annual conference. Each conference focuses on a specific aspect of CIAJ’s themes:
- Justice as a humanistic and social value
- Justice as a public service
- Justice in a global economy and interdependent world
This volume collects the award-winning research paper of each year since the founding of the Fellowship.

The Charles D. Gonthier Fellowship 20th Anniversary Collection is a collection of papers developed out of the Supreme Court Law Review, Second Series.
Fondé en 1974, l’ICAJ est un organisme sans but lucratif indépendant qui rassemble tous les professionnels du droit d’un océan à l’autre, dans les deux langues officielles. La Bourse de recherche a été instaurée en 2001 en l’honneur de feu le juge Charles D. Gonthier de la Cour suprême du Canada, ancien président de l’Institut. Elle est remise tous les ans lors de la conférence annuelle de l’ICAJ. Celle-ci se penche chaque année sur un nouveau sujet, qui s’inscrit dans les priorités suivantes :
- La justice, une valeur humaniste et sociale
- La justice, un service public
- La justice dans une économie mondiale et un monde interdépendant
Ce volume présente les documents de recherche primés depuis la création de la Bourse.
