Subscribers receive the product(s) listed on the Order Form and any Updates made available during the annual subscription period. Shipping and handling fees are not included in the annual price.

Subscribers may cancel this subscription by: calling Customer Support at 800-833-9844; emailing customer.support@lexisnexis.com; or returning the invoice marked 'CANCEL'.
If subscribers cancel within 30 days after the product is ordered or received and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a full credit of the price for the annual subscription.
If subscribers cancel between 31 and 60 days after the invoice date and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a 5/6th credit of the price for the annual subscription. No credit will be given for cancellations more than 60 days after the invoice date. To receive any credit, subscriber must return all product(s) shipped during the year at their expense within the applicable cancellation period listed above.

Divided into three parts, this book is a complete toolkit of personal property security law. The first part is a detailed commentary offering an overview of the Act, and insightful analysis of its practical application, including its scope, the relevant conflict rules, attachment and validity, perfection and priorities, registration, rights and remedies on default, and a comparison of the Ontario PPSA with similar legislation in other Canadian jurisdictions. Part II sets out the full text of the Ontario Personal Property Security Act while Part III sets out the complete text of the Ontario Securities Transfer Act (STA). Both statutes are included as a portable consolidation, making it easy and convenient for busy practitioners to locate the specific section they are looking for in context. Also included is a Table of Concordance, which lists corresponding section references to the Personal Property Security Acts in each Canadian jurisdiction and the Uniform Commercial Code of the United States.
