This service provides the most comprehensive and up-to-date analysis of workers' compensation law in Ontario. It should be considered a required resource for all legal professionals who practice in this area and who wish to be aware of the current and former legislation that may be applicable to a claim for benefits as well as the policy documents and most important Appeals Tribunal decisions that may affect a claim.
