If subscribers cancel within 30 days after the product is ordered or received and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a full credit of the price for the annual subscription.
If subscribers cancel between 31 and 60 days after the invoice date and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a 5/6th credit of the price for the annual subscription. No credit will be given for cancellations more than 60 days after the invoice date. To receive any credit, subscriber must return all product(s) shipped during the year at their expense within the applicable cancellation period listed above.

Fully updated to reflect all legislative, regulatory and jurisprudential developments, including those brought about by the passage into law in 2019 of Bill C-71 to the Firearms Act and the Criminal Code. Key amendments include:
- The repeal of the authority of the Governor in Council to prescribe by regulation what constitutes a non-restricted firearm and the passage of an Order in Council on May 1, 2020 which reclassified approximately 1,500 firearms and their variants as prohibited. An amnesty order was put in place ending on April 30th, 2022,
- A companion amendment was the creation of a general authority to grandfather individuals by way of regulation,
- The preservation of the remaining data of the long gun registry,
- The authority under the Criminal Code to forfeit seized and surrendered firearms whenever a prohibition order is imposed,
- The removal of certain automatic authorizations to transport prohibited and restricted firearms,
