If subscribers cancel within 30 days after the product is ordered or received and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a full credit of the price for the annual subscription.
If subscribers cancel between 31 and 60 days after the invoice date and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a 5/6th credit of the price for the annual subscription. No credit will be given for cancellations more than 60 days after the invoice date. To receive any credit, subscriber must return all product(s) shipped during the year at their expense within the applicable cancellation period listed above.

Sets out the core principles of corporate finance and provides an overview of both Canadian and international aspects of the subject.
Part I covers the basics of Canadian corporate finance including debt and equity financing, methods of securitization, financial statements, balance sheets and income statements, public financing and private placement of securities.
Part II deals with the international dimensions of corporate finance. Kwaw reviews the methods by which Canadian corporations may raise funds on the international market and discusses such issues as Eurocurrency lending, Eurobonds and swap financing.
Also featured is an examination of the standard provisions outlined in various key corporate agreements including: underwriting agreements, commercial loan agreements, general assignment of accounts, debentures, share pledge agreements, Eurocurrency loan agreements.
