If subscribers cancel within 30 days after the product is ordered or received and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a full credit of the price for the annual subscription.
If subscribers cancel between 31 and 60 days after the invoice date and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a 5/6th credit of the price for the annual subscription. No credit will be given for cancellations more than 60 days after the invoice date. To receive any credit, subscriber must return all product(s) shipped during the year at their expense within the applicable cancellation period listed above.

The Honourable Justice Marshall brings his experience as both a judge and as a practising physician to this well-thought out examination of the ethics of experimenting with human research subjects. Looking at both the rights of research subjects and the responsibilities of the medico-research community, he recommends a return to the rule of law rather than reliance on the new bioethics now governing most human research projects.
Justice Marshall writes with both medical and legal professionals in mind. He provides an overview of human experimentation throughout history culminating with the abuses of Nazi Germany that led to the formulation of the Nuremberg Code. He argues that Canada's current research guidelines, influenced by both American guidelines and a new bioethical approach, have been moving away from the "rule of law" model for the last 20 years.
