Product description
"The field of Administrative Law is one that is ever growing and ever changing. For counsel, administrative adjudicators and judges, the principles that underlie the field are expansive and may enjoy differing applications from tribunal to tribunal...
The text will provide important guidance for the administrative process, and those who participate in that process will now be better able to analyze and apply the existing law when striving to understand and apply the existing law to the vast array of administrative issues discussed by the authors.
Mr. Thomas and the rest of the contributors are to be congratulated for their most helpful work, and for its breadth and clarity."
– The Honourable Justice Christopher E. Hinkson, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
