One Year Subscription Only Terms
Subscribers receive the product(s) listed on the Order Form and any Updates made available during the annual subscription period. Shipping and handling fees are not included in the annual price.
Subscribers are advised of the number of Updates that were made to the particular publication the prior year. The number of Updates may vary due to developments in the law and other publishing issues, but subscribers may use this as a rough estimate of future shipments. Subscribers may call Customer Support at 800-833-9844 for additional information.
Subscribers may cancel this subscription by: calling Customer Support at 800-833-9844; emailing customer.support@lexisnexis.com; or returning the invoice marked 'CANCEL'.
If subscribers cancel within 30 days after the product is ordered or received and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a full credit of the price for the annual subscription.
If subscribers cancel between 31 and 60 days after the invoice date and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a 5/6th credit of the price for the annual subscription. No credit will be given for cancellations more than 60 days after the invoice date. To receive any credit, subscriber must return all product(s) shipped during the year at their expense within the applicable cancellation period listed above.

Raymond H. Mikkola, a partner at the law firm Pallett Valo LLP, has added new content to Chapter 8 that deals with the new rules regarding powers of attorney which are to be registered in the power of attorney register in the electronic land registration system, pursuant to the directions of the Director of Titles. Mr. Mikkola has added new content in Chapter 10 that discusses the new forms of Acknowledgment and Direction, co-developed by the Law Society of Ontario and the Canadian Bar Association, for Two-Party and Multi-Party Agreements. Mr. Mikkola has provided new content in Chapter 21 regarding municipal tax arrears and their priority lien status, along with new commentary on the priority of property standards orders and a precedent. He has also provided new content about the super lien priority granted to the Minister of National Revenue (Canada) when money collected by a taxpayer as HST under the Excise Act, or monies which have been retained and not remitted by an employer and which are due as source deductions under the Income Tax Act, have not been remitted, and provided an example precedent. He has also updated content regarding priority and duration of condominium liens.
New case annotations have been added to the Guide, to commentary dealing with crown patents, the registry system, mortgages, remedies on default, the Planning Act, easements, certificates of pending litigation, power of sale, transfer/deed of land, and condominiums.
