Elizabeth L. McNaughton, B.A, LL.B., is a Partner in the Toronto office of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. Her areas of practice include marketing, advertising, privacy, consumer protection, and food and drug law. Ms. McNaughton is a past Chair of the Marketing Practices Committee, Competition Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association and a member of the Advocacy and Government Relations Committee of the Canadian Bar Association National Privacy Section. She is recognized in Lexpert as one of the "Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada.

Parna Sabet-Stephenson, B.Sc., LL.B., is a Senior Associate in the Toronto office of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. Her practice focuses primarily on information technology, consumer protection, and corporate/commercial transactions. She frequently speaks and publishes on consumer protection topics. Ms. Sabet-Stephenson is the Chair of the E-commerce Committee of the Canadian IT Law Association, an Executive of the Toronto Computer Lawyers' Group and a member of the Cyberspace Committee of the American Bar Association. She is also a member of the Copyright Policy Committee and the Technology Transfer Committee of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.
