Vern Krishna, CM, Q.C., LL.M., LL.D. (Hon.), FRSC, FCGA, is Tax Counsel in the Ottawa office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, specializing in tax litigation, international tax, wealth management and personal tax planning. Mr. Krishna is Professor of Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Ottawa and was Treasurer (President) of the Law Society of Upper Canada from 2001 to 2003.
