Robert Silver & Gary Furlong, LL.M., C.Med.
Robert Silver, Mediator, has been a builder and general contractor since 1988. He specializes in high-end custom homes, residential development, renovations, and project management. His conciliation services include mediating disputes between trades, sub trades, manufacturers, homeowners, building departments, and financial institutions. He is a member of the ADR Institute of Ontario and the ADR Section of the Ontario Bar Association. Mr. Silver has also appeared on various television shows, including HGTV's "Let's Build" and the Discovery Channel's "Harrowsmith Country".
Gary Furlong, LL.M., C.Med., has been a leading mediator and conflict resolution specialist for more than a decade, and has extensive experience in mediation, negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, Partnering, and conflict resolution. He is a past president of the ADR Institute of Ontario and a fellow of the International Academy of Mediators. Mr. Furlong has mediated construction disputes ranging from straight damage claims to construction lien claims.
